AN INTIMATE WINE DINNER

February 4 at 6 pm

Join us for an outstanding five-course dinner unlike any other! We’re taking inspiration from the communal charm of Austria’s heurigen (wine taverns), the free-flowing conversational vibes of Germany’s wine scene and the homey, lively Noble Rot wine bar in Soho, London.

Three renowned winemakers will be sharing the night with us as we present ingredient-focused dishes paired with premium wines from their revered estates. Come and be a part of this one-night-only event!

About THE WINEMAKERs

Weingut Knewitz from the Rheinhessen, Germany

Wingut Knewitz from the Rheinhessen, Germany

Weingut Knewitz from the Rheinhessen is home to some of Germany’s most expensive and sought-after wines. Its northern section is tucked away in a series of small valleys home to the most limestone-rich vineyards in Germany. The Village of Appenheim sits at the foot of a former coral reef. These two factors are the foundation of the exceptional wines from the Knewitz family.

Weingut Hiedler from the Kamptal, Austria

Weingut Hiedler from the Kamptal, Austria

Weingut Hiedler crafts some of the most interesting, texturally compelling wines of the Kamptal. A family owned estate since 1856, they cultivated their first vines in the Thal and Spiegel vineyards. Today, brothers Ludwig and Dietmar continue the family tradition of crafting authentic, timeless and artisan wines.

Weingut von Winning from the Pfalz, Germany

Since its founding in 1849, Weingut von Winning’s unique wines have reflected its vineyards in Ruppertsberg, Deidesheim, and Forst. The estate is well-known for its premium wines, which are treated with a minimalist approach and with the highest respect in the historic cellar.
